Oh hell yeah. This is my biggest fetish, though generally I enjoy it more when combined with TG transformation. The technique I generally prefer is hypnosis, forcing someone to take up a different personality on the outside, but with the person's mind intact inside their body, unable to control their own actions.

I think the animators have borrowed from this board because the latest "Johnny Test" (first and second week of June 2012) they actually had DNA infused dolls that did just this, controlled the girls and Johnny.
