Croutons, oh croutons, why hast thou forsaken me?
Not available on the local market until recently and sub-par to be kind. Have tried making my own (learned to do it in a bistro when I was 15), but takes too long with full-time employment, etc.
Anyways,
John
For now, I wanted you to know that I made a snakeberry banana smoothie (I stole the berries from company property, nobody cared).
The only photo I have is of the berries; about a double shot-glass full. They have no discernable flavor, but I hear they're high in Vitamin C. This, two bananas, yogurt; en frappe.
It was bananas.
Also, I promise I will get around to the full tutorial on my fried potato skins. TBH, I have refined my technique over a few years.
Tomato bucket 2.0 and ice bucket are still together.

Nuts are good protein if you are getting the exercise to justify it. For simplicity's sake, I occasionally dump a can of tuna flakes (oil canned) on this or a bowl of pasta.

You roll up the yogurt like sushi rolls in the celery leaves, then use the leaves to wipe the container clean at the end.
Then you have celery sticks to work with.

It was /eh/; nothing you'd pay for in a restaurant, but satisfactory nonetheless.
Sincerely,
