Because the game is dead.
Well I say dead but I guess the modding community for it is like the games life support.
But im fairly certain konashion has either given up on it or is planning a whole god damn full release with a bunch of new features before the next update.

There hasn't been an update for more then a year and as far as I know konashion hasn't even said anything in all that time.

The creator of the game, Konashion, has been dead (internet wise) for two years. He hasn't updated the game since early 2013.

The game is being kept alive by its modding community. Just google Super Deep Throat Mods.
