Subjective changes. Racemic is more wonky / balance inhibiting (they both do that but s less so). Less visually active and more likely to just knock you out. For tolerances users racemic is unpleasant (highly tolerant, nmda agonists ect take ages to build and lose tolerance).

S isomer is psychedelic ketamine in high doses, as mentioned I had an experience like dmt and MXE shot into my leg..... Full screen visuals and a giant psychedelic kallediscipe style trip with insane dissociative feels and body sensations minus psychedelic bodyload/stimulation. In low doses it's similar to racemic.

Okay, that doesn't explain much about S versus R, but I think I'm about to get both of them and see what's up myself. I was never able to keyhole properly, because I just started feeling sick even on high doses and I also need high doses of psychedelics to break through or trip really hard. I don't know.

God I'm so jealous of you fuckers that can readily get K for like $60/gram.
I can't even source ketamine these days, and when I get lucky enough to buy some it's $250/gram and a dice roll of whether it will do anything or not.

Try not eating for 4-5 hours beforehand. Clear your nostrils with something like an inhaler or eucalyptus oil.

Have a drink nearby to help with the sinus drip.


Rack up a few lines and start with 1 line per nostril. Redose if necessary but make sure you wait a while, because if you take too much then you may vomit and/or have a panic attack.
