Learn meditation if it works for you (Buddhists are generally cool and secular - join a class and learn mindfulness of breathing).
Read Marcus Aurelius' Meditations and/or some more modern guides to stoicism. Audiobooks are fine.
Look up CBT toolkits that practitioners actually use. Try other forms of therapy (psychodynamic, gestalt, etc) if you suspect something deeper than just "I get anxious outside".
Some services do video call therapy (eh) and text chat therapy (no).
Consider microdosing.
In terms of games, I dunno, Habitica? Like an old browser game, except your pixel art wizard dies if you wank too much.
