we all know the switch 2 and it's let's be real fucking bs pricing both digital and physical games let alone some games having a key card in order to play some of I seriously have a hope of enough people putting their foot down and have it suffer to show nintendo
people ain't taking this but the other side of me thinking "it's nintendo,they'll definitely be people who still buy it and it's games" which pisses me off cause no way in hell should a console and it's games should cost
80-90 bucks no matter how good it can be

The $80-90 is only part of the problem of course.
The console itself is pretty overpriced. They're using the Samsung 8nm process which is 2020 manufacturing technology. So the battery life won't be anything to write home about and going off the synthetic benchmarks neither will the performance.

You're "other side" isright though. People will definitely buy this shit. It will have to be a lot more expensive than $450 a console for them to lose out on profits.

I think because the PC handhelds (Steam Deck withstanding) are more expensive they’re probably hedging bets that they can get in under that competition, which is really what’s going to hurt them if more capable options start getting released at a palatable price point.

So I had a random thought one time whole watching the udder "existence" of sr (2020)'s love shack secret ending along thinking back of reviews for it,specifically the detailed one I've seen before and sometimes wonder myself on points of how the game could be improved and changed.
like the main cast instead being sudden friends maybe are more
acquiescence slowly becoming friends throughout the story and the "criminal business" the game promoted in the marketing
treated like a regular business with choices of business you run wether drug peddling,arms dealing,company base protection fees.etc,
along the story fleshing the gangs your meant to take down established threats and a reason to take em out of the picture
let alone make the mawhawlie reason to take over the saints not cause "I don't have any friends" and more of "sorry partner,but the saints needs someone whose more experience and foucesd to be a leader" hell even he's the one to teach the cast the importance of the gang
not just being tight but effectively close as family in most cases.
idk maybe I'm talking out my and on how to improve the story or gameplay
(Which best I got is for main story a soft choice system how you run the city slowly either as a force not to fuck with,the saints from the first game of what julius intended them to be as looking out for community or anything in-between) with obvious tweaks to the gameplay feel between 2's chaos and weaponplay of 3/4
although considering the games currently dogwater and it's developer literally tits up

Looking back on the aesthetic and vibes of gaming through a few longplays and reviews of a few games of the era,specifically ones that had the more stylized look to em made me realize something.
why tf don't more corpo/indie games play into the elements of games from the 2000's more?
like sure you could argue that those with a
Fondness of the era aren't a few years till the majority of most with the same view of gaming to the 2000's in the indie space and most large gaming companies would rather play it safe than take that sort of chance or could argue most probably are getting into something like that which fair.
but still considering how there's a number of people who have good memories of that era and most parts of the aesthetics sleek and futuristic look have appealed to many it'd be
worth a shot at least of making a game as such a reality at least imo.
